Prior to the construction of a new 85,000 sqft Next fashion store, home and garden centre, RTS had to construct a new park and ride facility for HWCC. Works to Next included: site strip; sheet steel piled foundations to form retaining wall to provide split level car park and store access. Feature limestone and frameless glazed shopfronts constructed of all new steel frame, complete with internal mezzanines. New services supplies to site, car park, landscaping and section 278 highway works.
