Full strip out and refit to their existing retail unit. A Grade 1 listed building which was incorporated within the design and developed into an extremely high end Global flagship store. Structural works included the installation and relocation of an internal plant deck area whilst providing pathways for services throughout the structure of the building. Working extensively over a 4month period with their design team to develop, CAD and prototype all aspects of the build which incorporated specialist finishes ñ herringbone fumed oak flooring with inset engraved copper panelling. Black chrome, brushed bronze, polished nickel, smoked oak and marble worktops.
