Contract name: New Cathedral St, Manchester

As part of a new design concept Manchester was one of a three store expansion. The unit is located within New Cathedral St, the high-end fashion arm of the Arndale Shopping Centre.

RTS were successful within a competitive tender process and installed as Main Contractor for this project. Sub-contractors were interviewed and vetted through our internal procedures and brought into the project to undertake packages such as :

> Structural

> Electrical

> HVAC inc plumbing

> Partitions and ceilings

> Flooring (timber and vinyl)

> Shutter

> Decoration

Taking the unit from a shell, RTS managed all aspects of the project including liaison with Centre Mgmt / security, online booking in system and client direct suppliers – CCTV, tagging, signage, IT, music, display / POS equipment.

Health & Safety was monitored through the submission of RAMS, inductions, regular daily / weekly meetings and periodic audits from our H&S advisors.

This project showcased Ralph Laurenís new high st concept and was successfully brought in on budget and timescale.
