Construction of five A1 and A3 retail units in car park area on existing trading retail park. Works included construction of temporary roads to maintain public car park access, sewer diversions, site strip, pile foundations, feature ìCortenî type cladding panels with cantilever glazed canopy over curtain walled glazed shopfronts. New gas, water and BT supplies including new substation, remodelling of existing car park to create new central entrance walkway , with feature paved areas, extensive landscaping and 278 works.
