Construction of new retail park, circa 75000 sqft, set within an existing retail and industrial area, comprising six A1 food and non-food retail units.

Works included general groundworks, pad foundations, portal steel frames, Kingspan and brickwork external walls with timber brise
soleil entrance features ìand curtain walled
glazed shopfronts.

New gas, water and BT supplies including new substation (BNO operator), new car park with retaining walls, landscaping and 278 works.
