Brief description of work:

• Phase 1: Extension and strip out of vacant Homebase to form new 45,000 sqft retail unit. New mezzanine, new roof, external cladding and rendered elevations with all new glazed shopfront.  Externally, remodel, white line and  black top car park, new retaining walls and substation, and feature landscaping.
• Phase 2: Strip out of now vacant NEXT, construct demise wall to form new 10,000 sqft retail units. New roof and external cladded elevations with all new glazed shopfronts. Externally, remodel white line and black top car park
• Phase 3: Strip out of now vacant DFS. New roof and external cladded elevations with all new glazed shopfronts. Externally, remodel, white line and black top car park including feature paved areas.

Duration per contract:

• Phase 1 – 28 weeks, Actual 28 weeks
• Phase 2 – 6 weeks, Actual 4 weeks
• Phase 3 – 8 weeks, Actual 6 weeks
