NEXT relocated from their existing fashion and home stores into the vacant Homebase unit. RTS were employed on behalf of Peel Holdings to re roof the existing unit and carry out external dilap works. RTS were then employed directly by NEXT Holdings to strip out and part demolish the vacant unit, raise the parapett height, construct a new feature entrance tower complete with foundations and structural steel framework. Externally the facades were finished with all new limestone cladding with structural frameless glazing. internally there was a piled mezzanine.
